Hay guys.
My name's Julienne. I'm 15, Filipino, and I live in SoCal. So after making this account I never really took the time to make friends but here I am :D Anyway, I'll mostly post useless stuff, but I like posting videos and pictures. I'll probably be really weird and random too. So here's a list of things I like~
Manga/Manwha & Anime: When it comes to manga and anime, I pretty much like anything. From shojo to shonen to yaoi. I mostly read manga more than I watch anime though. Yep. So I like Axis Powers Hetalia, Bleach, One Piece, Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Skip Beat, Defense Devil, Bakuman, Tokyo Mew Mew, Mermaid Melody, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Hayate the Combat Butler(Hayate no Gotoku), Bukiyou na Silent, Death Note, Kimi ni Todoke, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Alive-The Final Evolution, Kuroshitsuji, Boarding House of Hunks, Pig Bride, and tons more that I'm too tired to list.
J-Dorama/K-Dramas: I love watching Japanese and Korean dramas~ My favorites include Nobuta wo Produce, Hana Kimi, Waterboys (all of them!!), Koizora, You're Beautiful, and High School Samurai. You'll probably see me fangirl about what I watch, too~
Music: I LIKE ALL MUSIC (although I don't really like country music). I love music in all kinds of different languages!
Video Games: Heheh. Gears of War (one and two), Call of Duty (all of them), Age of Empires (all of them), Bioshock, Portal(<33333), The World Ends With You, Kingdom Hearts(all of them), and some others :3

Well, I decided after lurking for so long I oughta post here my self.
My name is Nolan~ and I am here to rock you like a hurricane.
I'm studying psychology because it's possibly my most favorite subject in the world. Well, OK, I like astronomy a lot too, but I'm really not that good at math. It's a terrible story. I also enjoy drawing and writing but most of what you'll ever see out of that from me are terrible things I did while drunk or something. I used to take those things seriously and it only brought me heartache, so, fuck it. :3
As this is animeaddme, I suppose I ought to list my favorites of these so you can determine if we'll ever understand a word out of each other's heads:
Current Favorites (man, I've been watching this shit since like 1997, you don't want a full list of what I've seen lol): Pretty much anything by Urasawa (Monster, Billy Bat, Pluto, 20th Century Boys, Yawara!, etc.), Akira, Hellsing, Gankutsuou, Le Chevalier D'eon (not that far into this one though), Vinland Saga, Death Note, Sakigake!! Cromatie High, Magnetic Rose.
I also enjoy watching things like Ultra Q and Ultraman on occasion.
I usually like older stuff for artistic considerations, but I'm open to watching anything as long as it's something I might enjoy. ;]
As for some of the non-anime stuff I like, well, there's...
Video Games: Mario games (incl. Mariokart and Smash Bros.), Zelda games, the first few Sonic games, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Altered Beast, Baten Kaitos, Crystal Chronicles, Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 3, Star Fox.
TV (whether aired currently or not): Dexter, House, The Real Ghostbusters, The Venture Bros, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, Reno! 911, Star Trek (the original series), Dungeons and Dragons.
Movies: uh... that list is way long, better to just read it on my user info.
Other: I like paper games (table top RPGs), the 1980's, the occult, being gawffik, steampunk (clockwork too), HARRY POTTER like you wouldn't believe, body art and modifications, and pet cats. I read, too, a lot, but it's almost all like, reference books and articles and stuff lol.
My journal is mostly every day stuff with the odd fan-boy rant tossed in here and there. During the school times, school themes will pop up far more often (of course).
And yes. Well, if any of that intrigued you and you care to add, comment here or on my FO post, that same old song and dance yeah.

Hey my real name is Esha but I prefer to go by a slew of different names. One such name I like going by is Taigali. I am a writer and often use the name Taiga, Li or Sepholi in my stories. But that's neither here nor there. I am 25, a college student probably studying Psychology and Asian Studies and I am an anime fan.

Hi, I'm Eventful. ^^;; I've been on LJ for about a year but I haven't met many people who are as interested in anime/manga/video games as I am. A friend suggested this place, so here I am! XD;

~About Me~ Hi everyone! I’m xkisekix of LJ but you can call me Kiseki. (I do have a real name but I really hate it… XD; So just call me Kiseki!) This is my third (?) time posting here. *Curtsy* As a newly registered Livejournal user, I thought I'd give the whole community thing a try. :3 <3 I'm Kiki! A twenty year old zombie-otaku fashionista lolita-princess. I know, a bit of a mouthful to say.
I'm into visual kei and gothic lolita clothing, along with the occassional decora (though I'm into the colors right now CRAZILY... my LJ is full of pink). I'm a plus size model in my spare time and am darn proud of it. ^^ Curves FTW. I'm a huge fan of zombies and the underworld outside of anime, with my current obession being the game Left 4 Dead 2. But I still fumble in the world of Japanese animation, yes, yes I doooo.

Hello everyone!
My name is Jyuu and I am a fairly older anime/manga fan (though seriously, most of the times I usually act like I'm fifteen.) I've been around the block as far as series are concerned and I'm definitely looking for new friends. (I recently did a friend's cut *no worries, I just cut people who were predominately inactive and have been for a long time.. I usually keep people if they are fairly active).
Series (manga and anime): Currently watching - Higurashi no Naku koro Ni Kai (so any fans of the series are welcome!) and Bacanno! But I've seen (and enjoyed) Axis Powers Hetalia, Revolutionary Girl Utena, pretty much anything by CLAMP *but bonus points if you know what RG Veda is*, Saiyuki, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Macross Frontier *bonus points if you like Sheryl/Alto*, Gundamoo(00), Princess Tutu, Aria, 12 Kingdoms, Saiunkoku Monogatari, Hot Gimmick, Black Jack, From Eroica with Love *bonus points if you even KNOW what that series is.. and if you read that series YOU MUST ADD ME IMMEDIATELY*, Rose of Versaiiles, Earthian, To Terra (there are more, but I'm trying to be concise here).
I've stopped watching series like Bleach and Naruto but I still like the characters from both series, even if my attention span got lost somewhere after the 100th+ episode.
Games: Xenogears/saga, Suikoden series, Phoenix Wright, Final Fantasy series (favorite being Crisis Core, FF6 and Dissidia.) and SIMS3 *in which I make fandom characters and force them into relationships with each other* I don't play many games honestly, I don't have time.
Music: Oh boy, Take That is my all time favorite band, but I like Nerina Pallot, Tori Amos, Keane, Arctic Monkeys, The Kaiser Chiefs and Duran Duran (there are more but I'm starting to get tired of typing).
If I seem interesting to you then yes, I would love to be friends so add away (Alright, you don't even have to ask.) What you are getting into is a person who is rather crazy, posts random fandom stuff in her journal and notices the wierdest things when watching a particular series. There will be alot of throwing around of real life too.. copious ammounts.
Oh yes, added note.. I may just think that vocaloid art is the prettiest ever!

I'm obessed with all things neko. People say I dress like an anime character. I don't know if they mean that to be mean but I take it as a compliment ^_^

To whom it may concern,
I've started a community, jrpgs_and_wrpgs, dedicated to the discussion of computer and console role-playing games, both of Japanese and Western origin. This is a really niche genre, and a lot of people who play these games prefer to play mainly these games exclusively. Due to the nature of these games, they can be quite addictive, engrossing, and the object of much obsession. Furthermore, there is no community on LiveJournal dedicated strictly to them. Almost all "RPG communities" on LiveJournal are fan fiction exercises, 'RPing,' collections of Final Fantasy icons, or general fangirl/boyism around a single franchise. There is no real discussion about these games going on, and there very well could and should be. This community is yet a seed, but if you like the idea, I encourage you to join, to encourage all your friends who would like it to join, and for all of us to contribute RPG related reading and discussion. That there is nothing like this currently on LJ is good reason that it could be successful, and it will be if we want it to be. I've been on LJ consistently since 2002, so your moderator will be here to stay, as will this community with your help. Furthermore, I can promise you that I am no control freak, will only mandate enough to keep order and productivity in the community, and will otherwise not be a tight ass, anal retentive fascist with a bunch of silly rules and a god complex. So, if you play JRPGs or WRPGs, please come on over, join, and start posting immediately about whatever RPG-related business your heart desires. I'm eager to find my peers in this.
